How To Use Our Umbilical Herniia Belt:
Align Belt Properly
Position belt over abdominal area. The black strips in the middle denote the outer side of the belt and should point outwards. Pull elastic bands as image suggests.
Position Over Affected Area
Pad is recommended to be affixed to the inner part of the herniia belt - around where your right hand would go. Place the raised bump on the silicone pad directly over your herniia to prevent discomfort and protrusion.
Overlap Bands and Fasten
Proceed to overlap left band over right (inner) and secure them tightly with the velcro.
Throw your clothes over it...
The goal is for the circular firm pad to rest against your herniia creating compression. Re-adjust and Re-tighten to achieve this. Throw your clothes over once belt is properly secured.
