Refund & Returns Policy – HealthyfyPlus

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.

Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

Non-Returnable Items


  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email hello@healthyfyplus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return


  1. Email hello@healthyfyplus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection via email.

Refunds


  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the bank to process the credit.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs


  • If the return is not due to defect or error, the customer pays return shipping.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, HealthyfyPlus covers reasonable return shipping or provides a prepaid label (where available).

Exchanges


  • The fastest way: return the item and place a new order.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we can arrange a direct exchange where possible.

Cancellations


  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

  • Once shipped, please follow the returns process above.
