Directions

To use, remove the pad from the wrapper and align it with the underwear, ensuring the adhesive strip is facing out. Press the wings against the underwear to secure the pad in place. For best protection, change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed, preferably overnight. Upon removal, wrap the used pad in tissue or toilet paper and dispose of it in the trash. Always wash hands after handling menstrual products.
