100ml Sweet Almond Oil

0.5ml (10 drops) Lavender Essential Oil

0.25ml (5 drops) Rosemary Essential Oil

0.25ml (5 drops) Sweet Orange Essential Oil

Measure the ingredients and mix together. Transfer to a suitable bottle and label. Apply a small amount to warm between your hands and massage into your skin in a circular upwards motion.
