saalt Soft Menstrual Cup Use & Care Instructions: Insert: 1. Wash your hands. 2. Fold the cut in half to insert it into the vagina. 3. Introduce it by holding it firmly and pushing it up and back. 4. Once inserted, check that the cup is open and creates a seal by gently pressing it onto the vaginal walls. Removal: 1. Wash your hands. 2. Gently pull the stem of the cup to pull it out. 3. Once the cut is out, pinch the base to close and remove. Maintenance: 1. After each use, clean the cup with a mild pH balanced soap. 2. Between cycles, boil the cut for 3-5 minutes or disinfect it with isopropyl alcohol. 3. Store the cup in the included cotton carry bag between cycles. Wearing time: The saalt Soft Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours before it needs to be emptied and cleaned. Directions for use: - For a comfortable fit, make sure the cup is open and creates a seal by gently pressing it onto the vaginal walls. - If you have difficulty inserting or removing the cut, try bending it differently or repositioning. - If you suffer from leaks, check that the cut is well positioned and creates a seal.
