Ingredients
Sodium Chloride (USP Grade) Sodium Bicarbonate (USP Grade)
Directions
Empty the contents of one premixed sachet into the NeilMed® SINUS RINSE bottle. Fill the bottle with lukewarm distilled, micro-filtered, or previously boiled water. Close the cap and shake gently to dissolve the mixture. Lean over a sink and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passages and out the other nostril. Repeat the process for the other nostril. Clean the bottle and cap thoroughly after each use.
