- Dosage: 3-5 drops on a sauna bucket with water
Instructions for use: the sauna infusion concentrates should be shaken well before use. Please always dilute the concentrate with water and do not put it directly on the sauna oven. Add approx. 3 to 6 drops in a sauna bucket with water. Do not leave the bottle in the hot sauna.
