Is it true that plant based proteins have a grainy texture?
We use a blend of plant based proteins (organic pea, brown rice and pumpkin seed) to give a balanced texture. We also use the finest grades we can find of these powders, to ensure the texture is as smooth as possible for a plant based protein.
-
I tend to get bloated when I use a protein powder. Does this happen with Form?
Bloating, indigestion, and stomach discomfort tend to occur more with milk based proteins than with plant based alternatives like Form. We also add digestive enzymes to reduced gastrointestinal stress and ensure optimal digestibility.

Won't cooking or baking with Pureblend destroy the protein?
When you cook or bake with protein powder, heat denatures the protein — meaning it changes the shape of the protein molecules. However, denaturation does not destroy the protein’s nutritional value, so it is fine to cook and bake with our proteins!
