Directions
Gently insert the tampon, allowing it to expand naturally within the vaginal canal, and remove slowly using the attached string.
Safety Warning
Use the tampon only according to the instructions. Change the tampon at least every 8 hours. To reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome (TSS), use tampons with the lowest absorbency. Wash your hands before and after use.
