In addition, the o.b.® ProComfort® tampons are gynaecologically tested, contain a 100% plant-based tampon core and are free from harmful chemicals (e.g. pesticides), chlorine bleach and perfume. Directions
1. Remove the tampon from the packaging. 2. Wash your hands thoroughly. 3. Open the tampon cover and pull out gently. 4. Protective cover on tampon. 5. Insert into sheath, with cord facing outwards. 6. Press lightly on tampon to start absorption liquid. 7. Pull the bottom firmly once it is fully saturated or maximum 8 hours of wear.
Safety Warning
Do not use in menstrual tops. Toss in the bin after use. Store in a refrigerator at a temperature between 2 to 30 °C. Start using tampons when menstrual blooding begins and change them at least every 4 hours or more often if full. Use no longer than 8 hours at a time. If you are using tampons for the first time or have questions about how to use, consult your doctor or gynecologist.
