Apply Marshal cool on sore area for 2–5 minutes to help reduce inflammation. For bruises, sprains, insect bites, headaches, sunburn: apply cool for several minutes to ease discomfort.
- WARM: Use the pack warm for aches and stiffness where there is no swelling. TO USE WARM: Place Marshal in hand hot water for 5 minutes. Remove carefully and test on the back of your hand to ensure comfortable temperature. Apply to affected area for a few minutes to soothe.
