How to use it in the bath, in 3 easy steps:
When dissolved in warm water, Epsom Salts are easily absorbed through the skin where they go to work inside our bodies.
The magnesium ions break apart from the Salt molecules and begin to relieve stress by promoting the production of serotonin and reducing the effects of adrenaline.
1) Add 2-3 cups to a full size bathtub, fill with warm water (hot water allows the salt to be absorbed more easily)
2) Leave for about 12 minutes once added and the bath is full for the salt to dissolve.
3) Enjoy your refreshing, rejuvenating Epsom Salt bath!
