How To Use
1. Fill a 300ml nasal wash bottle with 98.6°F/37°C distilled, purified or boiled water cooled to body temperature.
2. Add a small packet of 2.7 grams of Nasal Cleansing Salt. Tighten the cap and shake to mix.
3.Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold breath. place cap snugly against your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril.

Not if you do it right. Part of the burn from swimming is that you’re fighting the water from going into your nose. The gravity system of the Neti pot combined with relaxing and letting the water flow. Read the instructing Thoroughly

I would think it would help more than a traditional Netty pot because with the button you are putting constant pressure on the water flow.
