Product Description
Use the hair mascara applicator to streak or highlight the hair with washes of neon-bright coloured lines. The vibrant neon UV colours glow under UV light (blacklight or fluorescent light).
Directions
Shake the bottle well. Apply the mascara to dry hair using the brush applicator, creating streaks or highlights as desired. Allow the colour to process (processing time not specified). Wash out with shampoo.
