It says to take 1 capsule, twice daily. Can’t I just take both capsules at the same time?
Whilst you can take them both at the same time in terms of a safe dosage, the half life (how long it remains in the body) of NAC is around 6-7 hours. To optimise the time it is active in the body, it is best to split it into 2 separate doses.
