Ingredients
Each gum contains 2mg nicotine. Also contains: gum base, calcium carbonate, sorbitol (E420), sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, glycerol, levomenthol, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, butylhydroxytoluene, saccharin, saccharin sodium, acesulfame potassium, xylitol, mannitol (E421), gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), canauba wax, talc and water. Directions
Chew Method: Chew one piece of gum slowly until the taste becomes strong. Pause: Rest the gum between your gum and cheek. Repeat: Resume chewing when the taste has faded. Repeat this process until the gum is completely dissolved (approximately 30 minutes). Dosage: Use 8-12 pieces per day. Do not exceed 15 pieces in one day. Gradual Reduction: Gradually reduce the number of gums chewed per day as your cravings decrease.
