L-Arginine is a conditionally essential Amino Acid that can be obtained via the diet. In some situations, the body’s requirement for Arginine can be greater than production (conditionally essential). You may have noticed that Arginine has become a staple ingredient within pretty much every pre-workout supplement on the market, and is commonly found in daily foods such as chicken, beef and soya. L-Arginine would be a suitable ingredient to use as part of a pre-workout, perhaps combined with Caffeine, Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate and Branched Chain Amino Acids.

here are many synergists of L-Arginine. Amongst the most effective are: Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine and Caffeine. Combining these ingredients (and potentially also including any others from our Pre-Workout section) is a great way of making your own Pre-Workout formula.
Ingredients
L-Arginine.
May contain milk, eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites
Directions
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 3g) with 50ml water in a BULK POWDERS Shaker Bottle. Take 30 minutes before exercise, ideally on an empty stomach.
