Welloxon perfect is a creme developer formulated for use with Koleston Perfect and also the recommended developer to be used with Magma and Blondor products.
Directions

Mix the color cream and developer in a non-metallic bowl. 4. Apply the mixture to dry, sectioned hair using the included sleek tint brush. 5. Process the color according to the recommended development time. 6. Rinse thoroughly and apply the appropriate conditioner.
