The patches are designed to be worn for 16 hours and so can be put on in the morning and removed before bedtime, ensuring your sleep is not disturbed.
Use instructions: 1. The best place to put your InvisiPatch is on your upper arm, hip, or front/side of your chest - and you should alternate the area each day. Make sure the area is clean and dry before you apply the patch. You should also wash your hands. Cut along the edge of the child-resistant sachet to remove the patch. Peel away one part of the sliver backing foil to reveal a sticky surface - try not to touch this with your fingers. Carefully apply the sticky side to your chosen area, then peel off the remaining half of the backing foil. Press the patch onto your skin with the palm of your hand or fingertips. Run your fingers around the edge of the patch to make sure it is secure. After 16 hours of wear, remove the patch and fold it in half, so the sticky sides come together. Place it back in the sachet or a piece of foil, then dispose of it in your household rubbish - out of reach of children and pets. Aim to stop using within 12 weeks.

Use as part of the NICORETTE invisi patch step down programme. 10 cigarettes or more per day: Week 1-8 Step 1: 25mg patch Week 9-10 Step 2: 15mg patch Week 11-12 Step 3: 10mg patch Less than 10 cigarettes per day: Week 1-8 Step 2: 15mg patch Week 9-10 Step 3: 10mg patch Week 11-12 Step 3: 10mg patch For adults and children 12 years and over: Apply the patch to a clean, dry area of the skin in the morning and remove the patch 16 hours later. Nicorette Invisi 10mg patch is used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce the cravings you get when you try to stop smoking or when cutting down the number of cigarettes you smoke. It provides a safer alternative to smoking for both the individual and those around them. Ideally you should aim to stop smoking.
