How to use:
1. Prepare a cup of boiling water and pour in about 8-10 pieces of gel (one tooth)2. Stir in the beaker and wait until it is transparent. Remove the gel with a stick and apply it to the inside of the tooth.3. Place the tooth on the tooth of your choice and use your hands to press the gel onto the tooth and the between the teeth.4. Wait 6 minutes for the gel to harden, then cover the tooth with your lips. Do not remove the tooth after 6 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes until the gel turns white and repeat the above steps with a second cap.5. To remove, gently push your lower teeth forward onto the back of your cusps and gently pull from above until they relax. Your humps can now be easily clipped on and off, but they sit comfortably.
