Directions

Mix 1 part of the Eternal Beauty Cream Peroxide 12% with 2 parts of the White 80gm Bleach Powder. Apply the mixture to dry hair, wearing gloves for protection. Leave it on for 30-45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow up with a color treatment if desired.
