- How to Use:
1) Tear off the top of the foil gel-pack and squeeze the entire amount content of the gel-pack inside the cheek.
2) Gently rub the outside of the cheek to help spread the gel to aid absorption.
3) Alternatively, squeeze the gel into the mouth and swallow.
4) Discard any unused product immediately.
