FOR COLD USE
Place in fridge or freezer for 2 hours or until desired temperature has been reached. Packs can also be stored in the fridge or freezer. Use a resealable bag to prolong product life and prevent odour transfer.
FOR WARM USE - MICROWAVE
Microwave on medium heat for 15 seconds, then test the temperature. Keep heating for 5 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat!
FOR WARM USE - HOT WATER
Soak in hot water for 30 seconds. Re-soak for 15 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached.
NOTE
Not a teething toy. Not recommended for infants. Always test pack temperature before application. Do not place frozen packs directly on skin. Use by children should be supervised by an adult. Limit use to no more than 20 minutes. Do not ingest.
