USE COLD
Cool in fridge or freezer for 2+ hours. Use a resealable bag in freezer to prolong product life.
USE WARM
Wrap room-temperature pack in damp cloth or paper towel. Microwave for 15 seconds at 800W on high. Test temperature before applying. Repeat until hot enough. In between reheating, knead and rotate the pad to ensure even heating.
NOTE
For age 2+. Wait until pack reaches a comfortable temperature before applying. Use for max 20 minutes with 20 minute breaks in between. Do not use when sleeping. Do not put excessive pressure on the pack. Do not swallow. Store away from children and pets. If gel gets into eyes, rinse with water.
