  • What are Kalms Day? Kalms Day are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep.
  • Kalms Day contain extracts of two herbs VALERIAN ROOT. Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances. HOPS The female flowers of the hop plant used in herbal medicine as a treatment for stress, restlessness and sleep disturbances.
  • Who can use it? For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding - It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
  • How to use? Take 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals.

Product Description

Kalms Day is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress. Exclusively based on traditional use only. Contains Valerian Root. Always read the label.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per coated tablet: 26mg of Extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) (equivalent to 104-130mg of Valerian root) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v. Also contains sucrose (see leaflet for further information)

Directions

For adults 18 years and over. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy or breast - feeding please ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice. If you feel sleepy, do not operate machines. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as this may increase the sedative effect. Adults: Two tablets three times daily with water after meals. Do not store near direct reach of sunlight or moisture prone area
