Schwarzkopf Professional BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+ brightens up to 9 shades and works on every hairline. It neutralizes yellow tones in the hair and has a good mixing ratio. Directions
1. Mix the Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Lightener with the Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Developer in a 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 ratio until a clay substance is achieved. 2. Apply the mixture to dry hair as soon as possible, avoiding overlapping with previously applied product. 3. Allow the mixture to develop for 20 to 45 minutes. 4. Do not use other products during this time.
