These discreet heat packs offer up to 16 hours of soothing relief from minor muscular and joint pains. Simply open the sachet and apply directly to the skin over the back and shoulder area, allowing the heat to penetrate through to the affected area. The warmth promotes circulation, reduces stiffness, and relaxes tired muscles, all without the need for medication or fragrance. With its thin and discreet design, Cura - Heat Back and Shoulder Pain Heat Patch can be worn comfortably anywhere, providing discreet relief throughout the day. Activated by air, it gradually warms up, reaching maximum heat in approximately 30 minutes, ensuring a gradual and comfortable experience.
Indications
Ensure the skin is dry and clean over the place of application. Open the sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat patch. Peel away the paper strip. Apply adhesive side of the heat patch to the skin over the painful area. The heat patch activates within 1 minute and will heat up with 5 minutes once the sachet has been opened. After use slowly peel off the heat patch and then dispose with normal household waste (do not incinerate the heat patch).
