Using our Sleep Better Lavender Oil before bed couldn’t be easier to use either! All you have to do is run a warm bath, before adding 1 or 2 capfuls of Bath Oil. Swirl the oil in and enjoy the soothing aromas that appear.

Directions
Run a warm bath, add 1 or 2 capfuls of bath oil, and swirl to disperse in the water.
