Directions
1. Clean the neti pot and nasal sprayer. 2. Fill the neti pot with a saline solution. 3. Turn the neti pot upside down and press the button to control ON/OFF. 4. Let gravity do the work, allowing the solution to flow through one nostril and drain out the other. 5. Use the nasal sprayer for daily nasal care, keeping it filled with an extra solution.
