1. Cleanse your face first.
2. Apply cream or essential oil and massage into your skin.
3. Wipe the face cupping set clean, gently squeeze and release while sliding over the skin in an upward motion for best results.
4. Slide the suction cup along the natural contours of your face and neck for 5 minutes on each side. Lift and stimulate the area while maintaining suction.
5. Use a gentle cleanser and rinse well. Stay hydrated and drink warm water before and after cupping. If your face appears pink or red after cupping, don't worry, this is healthy blood circulation and will disappear after a few hours.
