Step 1: Pour a packet of neti salt ( 2.7g)
Step 2: Pour 37℃ water to 300ml.
Step 3: Cover the lid and shake evenly.
Step 4: Hold the bottle upside down,gently insert the tip into one nostril.Press the valve button to start the flow of the solution.
Step 5: Repeat steps 4 for your other nostril.
