Directions
To use, cut a length of floss to about 18 inches, wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving an inch or two of floss to work with. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using your index fingers and thumbs to control the floss. Curve the floss around each tooth, making a 'C' shape, and gently move it up and down against the side of each tooth, including under the gumline. Repeat this process for all teeth, using a new section of floss for each tooth to avoid reinserting plaque and bacteria into your mouth. For dental appliances like braces or bridges, use the stiffened end to floss under the appliances, and the sponge for cleaning around devices and in wide spaces.
